Gardener and Property Caretaker – opportunity to grow with a small company
Fastighetstomten AB is a small and growing company in the Landskrona area working with property maintenance, garden care, outdoor environments, and simple construction and maintenance work.
For the upcoming season, we're looking for a new team member who wants to work practically, learn more, and be part of the company's development.
For us, finding the right person is more important than the right CV. You don't need extensive experience or formal education. What we're primarily looking for is someone who wants to work, is reliable, takes responsibility, and cares about delivering quality results.
Duties
The work mainly consists of practical property and garden maintenance for our customers in the Landskrona area and surrounding regions, for example:
-weed removal and maintenance of garden beds
-grass cutting and maintenance of green areas
-pruning, hedge trimming, and other seasonal work
-inspections and simple property maintenance
-cleaning and maintenance of equipment
-assistance with other practical work within the company
The work is physical and mostly takes place outdoors. During peak season, the pace is higher and workdays are full. During quieter parts of the year, tasks vary more.
Who are we looking for?
We think you'd be a good fit if you're reliable, hardworking, and enjoy seeing the results of your work.
You need to be able to collaborate with others but also gradually take responsibility for simpler tasks independently. We value initiative – if you finish a task, you naturally look to see what needs to be done next.
Previous experience from gardening, property maintenance, agriculture, construction, or other practical work is a merit but not a requirement. Much can be learned. Attitude and reliability matter a lot to us.
