About the Job
As an Education Coordinator with us, you will have a central role in our operations and be responsible for our automotive technology programs in Hässleholm. You lead and coordinate daily operations, plan program development, and support both instructors and participants in their daily work. The role is characterized by great freedom and responsibility where you plan and prioritize your own work. You will also be the face of YrkesAkademin externally and build relationships with clients, authorities, and representatives of the automotive industry.
Your Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations and development of our automotive technology programs in Hässleholm.
Plan, coordinate, and follow up on educational activities in both the short and long term.
Support, guide, and motivate instructors and participants in their daily work.
Handle administration related to the programs, such as reporting, documentation, and contact with authorities.
Represent YrkesAkademin to clients, authorities, and the automotive industry, and develop and maintain industry contacts.

You have experience coordinating operations, leading people, or working in a coordinating role. You are structured, solution-oriented, and have a talent for building trusting relationships. At the same time, you are comfortable working in an environment where the pace can sometimes be high and where conditions can change quickly.
What's Important for This Role
B-class driver's license.
Excellent ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
Experience with administrative work and good computer skills.
Good planning and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize between different tasks.
Leadership skills, self-motivation, and a high degree of responsibility.
It's a Plus If You Also Have
C- and/or D-class driver's license.
Automotive technology background, for example as a mechanic, technician, or instructor in the automotive industry.
Experience working in educational operations or coordinating competence development.
