About the Role As a mentor with us, you work closely with job seekers to support them in finding the right job or education. You will: Coach participants through individual conversations and guidance Facilitate workshops and presentations Match candidates with employers and educational programs Assist with CVs, cover letters, and interview training Build and maintain a strong network of companies and organizations Deliver inspiring presentations and informative meetings Are You the One We're Looking For? We're looking for someone who: Has a strong drive to help people move forward Is social, solution-oriented, and has a coaching approach to work Has the ability to create and maintain relationships with employers Has a structured and goal-oriented mindset Has good digital skills and is comfortable holding online meetings Include certificates that support your qualifications.
