About the job As an instructor with us, you'll teach adult participants in both theory and practice within heavy vehicle transport. You'll play a central role in providing participants with the right knowledge to meet labor market demands, while also contributing to traffic safety and professional excellence. Your responsibilities Plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction in heavy vehicle transport (C, CE). Teach both in the classroom and in vehicles. Support and motivate participants in their development. Create a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment. Provide training in various continuing education areas, such as YKB. Who are you? We're looking for someone who holds driving license categories C and CE. Category D license is a merit but not required. You must have held your licenses for at least 3 (three) years. In addition, you should have strong industry knowledge, preferably prior teaching experience, and experience with grades and assessments. You have a genuine interest in sharing your professional expertise, are pedagogical, solution-oriented, and want to see others succeed. What's important for this role Certified traffic instructor for C/CE (one or more categories). Ability to teach both practically and theoretically. Pedagogical ability and interest in teaching. Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's a plus if you also have YKB training competence. Teaching or mentoring experience.
