Now we are looking for trained Care Assistants/Nursing Assistants at Petras Hemtjänst for part-time positions on evenings and weekends with an employment level of approximately 78%. A driver's license and previous experience in home care is a requirement. We are seeking 1-2 people who will be based out of our office in Gullmarsplan and work in our areas in Farsta, Enskede-Årsta-Vantör, and Skarpnäck. To be offered a permanent position (probationary employment), you must be a trained care assistant or trained nursing assistant with certification from Socialstyrelsen. About the Role Your task is to provide quality of life and make a difference. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. The work consists of assisting people of various ages in their own homes with personal care, meal preparation, service tasks such as shopping and cleaning, and responding to emergency alarms. Your work tasks also include performing social documentation. Your Experience and Knowledge We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in working with people and can recognize individual needs. You have an independent and flexible work style and enjoy sharing your experiences with others. You are responsible, humble, and have an easy time working independently while also maintaining good cooperation with colleagues, customers, and family members.
