About the Work As a uroterapeut with us, you have a central role in caring for patients with incontinence and pelvic floor-related issues. You work independently with your own outpatient clinic and are responsible for assessment, treatment, follow-up, and patient education. The work takes place in close collaboration with doctors and other professionals with the patient's needs in focus. You will be part of our incontinence team where we work in an interprofessional manner together with gynecologists, physiotherapists, and medical secretaries to offer safe, accessible, and coordinated care. The role involves great freedom and personal responsibility while you have close support from colleagues and good opportunities to contribute to the clinic's development and improvement efforts. Main Responsibilities Perform urotherapeutic assessments, investigations, and follow-ups. Investigate and treat incontinence and pelvic floor-related issues. Plan and implement individualized treatment interventions. Work with bladder and pelvic floor training and incontinence care. Inform, educate, and support patients in self-care and treatment. Prescribe and fit incontinence aids. Provide advice through clinic visits and telephone contact. Coordinate care efforts and collaborate with various professionals and care levels. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with further training as a uroterapeut. Experience with urotherapeutic outpatient work, investigation and treatment of incontinence issues, and prescription of incontinence aids is meritorious. We would also like to see that you have experience from gynecological care, pelvic floor-related care, or other independent patient work within your own clinic. As a person, you are confident and independent in your professional role with the ability to plan, prioritize, and take responsibility for your work. You are attentive and empathetic in your interactions with patients and their relatives and have a talent for building good relationships. Since the work involves close collaboration with various professionals, good teamwork skills are an important quality.
