URULOGIST or RESIDENT PHYSICIAN at NEWLY OPENED SMALL PELVIS CENTER
(paid and state-funded services)
Join Riga 1st Hospital's "SMALL PELVIS CENTER", where various specialists—gynecologists, urologists, proctologists, physiotherapists—and modern equipment technology come together to solve problems related to small pelvis pathology in one place.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• conduct patient consultations, examinations, diagnostics and evaluation of obtained data, prescribe therapy and rehabilitation,
• perform urological manipulations and operations,
• conduct examinations using Uroflowmetry equipment,
• perform urodynamics, cystoscopy,
• opportunity to work with laser equipment for treating urological diseases,
• document information related to patients and performed manipulations/procedures in healthcare,
• provide patients with information about their health status, treatment progress, and prognosis,
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
• higher medical education,
• current basic specialty certificate or for resident physician position - 3-year resident,
• registration in the Medical Practitioners Registry,
• state language proficiency in accordance with applicable regulations of the Republic of Latvia,
• computer skills: use email, utilize internet browsers, as well as work in specialized information systems,
• ability to consistently and rationally organize your work,
• ability to establish and maintain effective communication with colleagues, engage in teamwork,
• kind and responsive attitude; precision, high sense of responsibility,

• fee-for-service compensation for performed state-funded and paid services according to contract, starting from EUR 4500 before taxes per 1 full-time equivalent (salary depends on the volume of performed state-funded and paid services and the workload),
