Examples of duties performed in this position: Representing the investor in the preparation and implementation of construction projects affecting the road network of Vysočina Region Requirements: Higher education degree (Master's or Bachelor's) in construction/technical field, or higher technical education in construction/technical field, or secondary education with graduation exam in construction/technical field Knowledge of investment construction preparation and implementation processes High work commitment, time flexibility, and responsible approach to task completion Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Capability for systematic work and problem-solving Proficiency in MS Windows operating system and related programs (MS Office) Group "B" driver's license, ability and willingness to drive official motor vehicles in the performance of assigned work duties Advantages: Experience in investor-engineering preparation and construction management in the field of transportation construction Knowledge of Act No. 13/1997 Coll., Act No. 283/2021 Coll., and Act No. 134/2016 Coll.
