Duties and Responsibilities: • Conducts analyses of tourism industry development in the region • Develops tourism development concepts for the region and collaborates on creating national tourism concepts, identifying main territorial issues and priorities • Coordinates the creation of regional funding sources for tourism development in the region • Provides consulting and advisory services and offers informational support to regional entities in the tourism sector • Implements tourism development projects, identifies and administers financial resources for tourism development in the region • Handles tasks related to the founder function for the public organization Vysočina Tourism, příspěvková organizace • Manages department communication with the business community and other entities operating in services and tourism in the region Requirements: • Higher education degree in a bachelor's program or advanced vocational education • Ability for systematic work, independent problem-solving, and conceptual and logical thinking • High work commitment, diligence and reliability, ability to work in a team • Driver's license category "B", ability and willingness to drive a service motor vehicle when performing assigned work duties Advantages: • Practical experience with preparing analytical materials • Education focused on regional development We Offer: • A promising position • Position suitable for graduates • Support of a stable organization • Fixed-term employment – maternity leave replacement • Accommodating work conditions – flexible working hours • Work commencement possible after completion of the selection process • Full-time position • Payroll grade 10, salary conditions according to Government Regulation No. 341/2017 Coll., on salary conditions for public service and administration employees, as amended, with possible use of guaranteed salary • Appropriate financial compensation, possibility of supratariff and extraordinary salary components • Continuous support for professional and personal development, onboarding support • Diverse benefits program (personal accounts, sick days, meal allowance, pension insurance contribution, etc.) You can respond to this selection process no later than September 21, 2026 at 12:00.
