Job Description:
Worker responsibilities:
- Execution of state administration in matters of implementation of the Building Act in the area of territorial planning activities and related regulations, primarily:
- Preparation of territorial plans and regulatory plans for municipalities in the ORP Žatec district
- Preparation of territorial planning documentation for municipalities in the ORP Žatec district
Qualification Requirements - Education and Experience:
(1) Required knowledge particularly of the following laws: Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act; Act No. 148/2023 Coll., on Unified Environmental Impact Assessment; Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on Officials of Territorial Self-Government Units and on Amendment of Certain Laws; Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Administrative Code; Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities (Municipal Organization);
(2) Qualification requirements for performing territorial planning activities are met by a natural person who
a) holds a certificate of special professional competence for administrative activity in territorial planning in accordance with other legal regulations, or a certificate of successful completion of the civil service examination in the field of state service which includes territorial planning,
b) meets the qualification requirements for education under the law, and
c) meets the qualification requirements for experience under the law.
(3) Qualification requirements for education and experience pursuant to paragraph 2, letters b) and c) are met by
a) an authorized architect who has been granted authorization in the field of territorial planning or without field specification under the authorization law, or an authorized engineer for the field of urban engineering,
b) a natural person who holds higher education recognized for authorization in the field of territorial planning and at least 18 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration, or
c) a natural person who holds higher education in a study program belonging to the field of architecture and urbanism, construction, or geography and at least 24 months of experience in performing territorial planning activities in public administration.
