About the Position
In your role as a procurement manager, you'll combine your expertise in public procurement with your understanding of the construction and contracting field. You'll work closely with project managers, technical specialists, and the operations team.
You'll be responsible for the entire procurement process, with a focus on construction contracts, investment projects, and technical consultants. From needs analysis and market dialogue to evaluation, agreements, and follow-up, you'll drive the process forward and ensure quality.
As an advisory resource to the project organization, you'll contribute with both legal and business expertise. In your role as procurement manager for construction projects, you'll support the project organization and also contribute to the development of work methods, supplier relationships, and requirements within sustainability, climate, and social considerations.
About You
You enjoy taking responsibility for the entire process and thrive on driving procurements forward. As a person, you're structured and analytical, but also pragmatic and solution-oriented. In your role, you can stand firm within the regulatory framework while understanding the practical conditions of the operations and projects.
Since the role involves close collaboration with project managers, technical specialists, and other expertise, you communicate clearly and build trust easily. You dare to ask questions, challenge when needed, and provide clear advice—even in complex situations.
Key Requirements
Experience with public procurement according to LOU, where you've independently conducted at least one procurement of a construction project, a contract, or an investment project. Experience can come from, for example, a municipality, municipal company, region, or government agency.
Academic degree in, for example, law, economics, engineering, or social science, or alternatively other education and experience that we consider equivalent
Good understanding of contract forms and standard agreements, such as AB 04, ABT 06, and ABK 09
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Meritorious
Experience from the public sector
Experience in real estate or community development
Familiarity with electronic procurement systems
Knowledge of sustainable procurement and climate requirements
