Procurement Officer at Bostadsstiftelsen Platen About the Role As a procurement officer, you lead procurements according to LOU and ensure that Platen's purchasing and contract processes are carried out in a professional, legally correct, and sustainable manner. The role involves close collaboration with different parts of the business where you serve as a support and advisor on procurement, contract, and purchasing process matters. You are responsible for coordinating and executing procurements, drafting and reviewing contracts, and ensuring compliance. You will also contribute to developing and streamlining the company's procurement procedures and processes. You report to the Property Manager and work from Platen's office in Motala. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute procurements according to LOU. Draft, review, and follow up on contracts. Ensure good contract compliance and professional business practice. Provide support and guidance on procurement and contract matters. Contribute to developing and streamlining processes and working methods. Collaborate with different business functions on procurement-related matters. Contribute to developing a long-term and sustainable procurement operation. Who Are You? Platen is looking for someone with post-secondary education in, for example, procurement, law, economics, purchasing, logistics, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience with public procurement and solid knowledge of LOU. We would appreciate if you have worked with procurements within real estate, construction, installation, or technology-related operations and have an understanding of contractor agreements. To succeed in this role, you need to be confident in independently managing procurements from needs analysis to contract signing and follow-up. You combine structure and thoroughness with strong communication skills and a professional approach. We would like you to have Experience with public procurement according to LOU. Knowledge of procurement law. Experience with contractor law. Experience working in digital procurement systems. Experience from the real estate, construction, installation, or technology sector. Very strong ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing. Meritorious Experience from public housing or municipal operations. Project management experience.
