Unika Ullbergs Väg is a group home that offers customized and comfortable housing for individuals in LSS category 1. About the Role of Residential Support Worker
We are now expanding our staff and seeking several new employees totaling approximately 3.5 full-time positions. The recruitment includes day shifts, evening shifts, weekend work, and overnight shifts. The positions will have varying employment levels based on the facility's needs.
As a residential support worker, you will work to provide a meaningful and predictable daily life with significant structure for those living with us. We work goal-oriented based on service plans, employing a professional and salutogenic approach while working within the facility's resources and budget.
We tailor our work to each individual's circumstances and needs, with the starting point being each person's personalized implementation plan. Our goal is for residents to become as independent as possible, and we support them in utilizing their own resources to develop and achieve good quality of life. Our approach includes low-arousal interaction and clear pedagogical methods.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have strong collaboration skills and relate to others in a responsive way, and you enjoy working together with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can recognize individuals' needs.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Good computer skills and experience with documentation.
Experience and knowledge of the LSS target population.
Upper secondary education such as child and recreation programs, health and care programs, or post-secondary education such as educational support specialist, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field.
Meritorious if you also have:
Experience in psychiatry, AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), and low-arousal interaction.

Terms of Employment
Employment form: Permanent position with an introductory probation period and temporary assignments. Employment level: Part-time, employment level by agreement. Working hours: Rotating schedule including day, evening, weekend, and on-call overnight shifts. Start date: October 1. Introduction takes place during September, and there is an opportunity to work as needed before the regular start date. Collective agreement: We are bound by the collective agreement with Kommunal, Sector E.
