Unika DV Örebro is located at Slöjdgatan 8 (Holmen) in Örebro and offers a daily activity program where participants have the opportunity to try various work tasks and activities in a safe and inspiring environment.

About the Substitute Staff Role in Daily Activities
As an instructor in our daily activity program, you have an important role in creating a meaningful and developmental daily routine for our participants.
You work closely with the individual and provide support, structure, and motivation - always adapted to each person's needs and abilities.
Qualifications
You are relationship-building, calm, stable, and can maintain a realistic perspective on situations that arise in daily work. You have good collaboration skills and relate to others in an attentive manner and enjoy cooperating with others. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about care work and can see the individual's needs.
We place great importance on personal suitability.
Requirements:
Very good ability in Swedish, both spoken and written.
B-class driver's license
Good computer skills, experience with documentation.
Experience and knowledge of the LSS target group
Upper secondary education such as children's and leisure program, healthcare and care program, or post-secondary education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or higher education in a relevant field.
Meritorious if you also have:
Experience in psychiatry, AAC and low-affective approach
Previously worked as a work supervisor in a daily activity program

Terms of Employment
Type of employment: Hourly position Hours: Varying based on the program's needs and your availability. Working hours: 07:30-16:00 Start date: By agreement, we view positively if you can start soon. Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
