Do you want to be a key person in a growing company where no two days are the same? We're looking for someone who wants a varied job with both physical and administrative tasks. Here you'll be the linchpin between the store, warehouse, sales team, and our customers. Your main tasks will be: Keep track of and order spare parts, product samples, office supplies, shopping bags, coffee, candy, etc. Ensure that the store and warehouse are organized Receive and handle deliveries Sort and notify incoming goods to the right sales person Handle info emails: manage simple customer matters and order confirmations Take care of simple customer service questions by phone Work hours 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who: Likes taking responsibility and getting things done Enjoys moving around and working practically Has a positive attitude toward customers and colleagues Is thorough and likes order and organization Dares to ask questions and is curious about learning new things Previous experience in kitchens or sales is not required – you'll learn everything on the job.
