Are you looking for a flexible and meaningful part-time job in Swedish language instruction? Then keep reading! We are seeking 1–2 language coaches who can teach in-person in central Västerås at least one evening per week and also be available as a stand-by language coach as needed. This position is perfect for you if you want to work part-time and combine it with other employment. Teaching takes place in the evenings and each lesson is 90 minutes long. Working as a Language Coach at Upgrades Work on engaging and varied assignments in language instruction and become part of our fantastic team of language coaches! As a language coach at Upgrades, you independently plan instruction based on your client's needs and level. The work is assignment-based and varies depending on language level, number of participants, and preferences regarding day, location, and time. Your Profile You trust your own abilities and enjoy varied work where you independently plan instruction according to participants' needs. You have a strong ability to motivate and inspire others, and as a person you are: Responsive, engaged, and flexible Communicative, independent, and organized Creative and motivating Requirements Post-secondary education (two years or longer). Flawless knowledge of Swedish. Experience teaching adult students in Swedish as a second and/or foreign language. Experience using digital tools in instruction. Strong English language skills. Genuine interest in teaching and pedagogy.
