Arnäs home care is seeking several new team members to join our wonderful group! We operate from the centrally located Sörbyvägen 2 but have the privilege of working along beautiful coastal areas. We are proud of our work and strive for open communication within our work group.
Job Duties
As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work in a health-promoting manner with the aim of strengthening individuals' own abilities and ensuring that everyone receiving our support feels secure living in their own home.
Participation, development, and community are key values for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for quality care. We work with welfare technology to increase security, participation, and independence for our clients.
Job duties include personal care, assistance with household tasks in clients' homes, medication management and wound care, documentation, contact person responsibilities, as well as social and physical activities together with our clients. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our clients.
You will currently be placed at Arnäs home care. We also collaborate with nearby areas.
We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches, and transfer techniques.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would appreciate it if you have further training in elderly care and/or dementia or have a psychiatric care focus. Experience working in health and social care is an asset.
It is important that you enjoy and feel comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.
The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation.
A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are required.
