The Support, Care and Health Services Department is divided into the operational areas of functional support and elderly care. Our core activities are to provide nursing care, support and rehabilitation for the elderly as well as to provide support and services to people with disabilities, always with the individual's needs at the center. Here you have the opportunity to develop alongside dedicated colleagues who want to make a difference for our clients. 2 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nursing assistant in elderly care, you work with support, care and assistance to people in their daily lives. All services are needs-assessed and based on the client's individual needs. The work takes place in and around the client's own home and your responsibilities include creating conditions for good quality of life and a meaningful existence for those we provide services to. Delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists and physiotherapists are part of the work. Pool shifts are included in the position. The role includes: Care Services • Help clients with personal hygiene such as showering, dressing and toilet visits. • Assist with meals and ensure the client gets food and drink according to individual needs. • Carry out certain health care and rehabilitation services in consultation with licensed personnel. • Ensure the client has a safe and secure home environment. Service Tasks • Perform daily household chores such as laundry, cleaning, dishes and making beds. • Assist with shopping and errands. Social Services and Documentation • Monitor and document the client's condition in our digital systems. • Communicate important information to family members and colleagues. • Create social contact and promote the client's mental well-being through conversation and community. QUALIFICATIONS Formal Qualifications • Nursing assistant education • Class B driver's license. • Good knowledge of Swedish language both spoken and written based on communication and documentation requirements • Basic IT skills Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in people's daily lives!
