JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nursing assistant with us, you'll have a varied workday where you contribute to a safe home, a dignified existence, and respectful care for our clients. You meet clients in their homes who need support, many of whom are multimorbid with extensive care needs. In this role, you are the primary care contact for clients and are responsible for coordinating around these clients. Typical work tasks for you will include:
· Assist with personal care, support, and service in the client's home
· Plan and assist with meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and other household tasks
· Follow implementation plans and document services in accordance with applicable legislation
· Collaborate with colleagues, other professionals, and family members
· Be able to perform delegated work tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed with this job, we see that you have:
· High school diploma from a health and care program and a protected professional title as a nursing assistant from the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).
· Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing
· Basic computer skills, and can use email, Word, and work in current operational systems
· Category B driver's license and/or can cycle and also ride an electric bike
· Have experience working in elderly care
· Responsible, empathetic, reliable, and ability to build trust and establish relationships
· Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team

Work hours: Shift schedule. Working hours are scheduled during day, evening, and weekends.
