Hammarbygruppen offers short-term accommodation for people under and over 65 years old, as well as permanent housing for people with dementia under and over 65 years old. At the short-term facility, care and support are provided under SoL for patient groups who need the opportunity to recover after illness or injury, as well as other services. At our permanent facilities, we offer housing for people with a dementia diagnosis. Together we create a safe and stable living environment and adequate care for all stages of life for people with dementia. Hammarbyslott consists of 48 apartments operated in a homely environment with nature at your doorstep. The castle has preserved the beautiful architecture with high ceilings combined with modern standards and maintained large windows and generous open spaces for socializing. Examples of conditions (Alzheimer's, frontotemporal dementia, multi-infarct dementia, and alcohol-related dementia). Hammarbyslott also has access to a day center. Hammarbyslott also has access to day care with various activities Monday through Friday. We are now seeking experienced and dedicated nursing assistants We operate a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for someone who has great commitment to the target group, is flexible, has good collaboration skills, is responsible, and wants to create a service that provides people with dementia a good life and that little extra.
