About Us
Soläng is beautifully located in Lödöse, in the southern part of Lilla Edets municipality, which is known for its water and beautiful nature. Soläng is a residential facility distributed across six units: three units focus on cognitive decline, one on elder psychiatry, and two on somatic care. There are also two short-term care beds for respite care. On the ground floor, we have shared spaces for activities, and Lödöse home care services are also located here.
You will be part of a team that includes nursing assistants, care attendants, nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, coordinators, and your immediate supervisor. We also collaborate with volunteers and various non-profit organizations that contribute different activities, such as a café with musical entertainment and religious services.
Your Role
As a nursing assistant in Lilla Edets municipality, you will provide individualized personal care and support as well as social engagement. We place great emphasis on respecting our residents' integrity and work according to values based on the individual's own wishes and abilities. Our mission is to be professional practitioners who work to strengthen each person's abilities and resources so that they experience their daily life as manageable and meaningful.
You provide support, care, and assistance. The role also includes performing health and medical tasks as delegated. Documentation is also part of daily work. Your work is guided by ensuring our elderly have a safe and meaningful life, with the individual's needs at the center. You will also serve as a contact person for one of our residents on the unit.

Who Are You?
We are looking for someone who:
• Is a trained nursing assistant
• Has experience working in care and support
• Has experience/knowledge in social documentation
• Has strong Swedish language skills, as communication and documentation are a significant part of our work
• Has good computer skills
As a person, you are confident in yourself and treat people in an engaged and professional manner. You are positive and flexible, as you will face new challenges every day.
You should be innovative and open to alternative work methods and schedules, where the individual is in focus. Most importantly, you find it enjoyable and stimulating to work in care while viewing activation/activities as a natural part of daily life for our residents.
Great weight will be placed on personal suitability.

Selected candidates will complete a digital language test. A passing level is required to proceed in the process. Before employment, you must present a clean criminal record certificate. We would appreciate it if you enclose relevant certificates/grades showing that you are a trained nursing assistant and hold a protected professional title.
