We are now seeking 4 - 5 nursing assistants for the unit specializing in elderly care and dementia. Rosenforsgården is a brand new residential facility that opened in May 2026. The building is constructed on three floors and has 48 apartments on the upper floors. Floor 2 is dedicated to elderly care and consists of 2 units, 12 residences per unit and 8-9 nursing assistants per unit. Floor 3 is dedicated to dementia care, 2 units, 12 residences per unit and 8 nursing assistants per unit. The ground floor has 14 apartments for respite care. Everything is adapted for elderly people with functional limitations and individuals with cognitive impairments. The residence has been designed with inspiration from nature. Each floor has its own color scheme that reflects greenery, sky and sun. Wood details contribute to a warm and homey feeling. Outside there is a garden that invites both activity and relaxation, including an outdoor gym, raised beds, fruit trees and berries. There is also an accessible greenhouse that creates opportunities for community between residents and staff. 4 position(s). JOB DUTIES As a nursing assistant, your main tasks are to provide person-centered care and support to our residents in their daily life situations according to their care needs. You work in a role where you have delegated responsibilities, work with documentation and create implementation plans. You will be a key person in a newly formed team where we care about both each other and our residents. With a down-to-earth approach and flexible mindset, we support each other with our expertise to create the best environment and together we create a pleasant atmosphere where we also help maintain our beautiful shared spaces. With a person-centered approach and the resident in focus, we ensure that the resident's abilities and resources are utilized in the best way. The implementation of our services is planned together with the resident where we always try to respect their wishes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a qualified nursing assistant with professional certification. You should have experience working in healthcare and social services with a focus on elderly care and/or dementia care in for example a residential facility or home care service. We appreciate if you have experience with implementation plans and documentation. We are looking for you who are an empathetic person who finds it easy to make connections and can adapt to different residents' needs. It is important that you are attentive and respect personal integrity. You have a positive outlook and an ability to see the bigger picture. You are curious and want to be part of developing the operations. We appreciate that you have good teamwork skills with good service orientation in your relationships with colleagues, residents and relatives.
