JOB DUTIES We are seeking engaged and driven nursing assistants for our new specialized housing facility, Haraberget. Could this be you? Haraberget is a place that invites interaction between different generations, with activity housing for 65+ and a preschool with 8 departments, in addition to 60 places in specialized housing. The building features common areas and a restaurant. The restaurant in the center of the building prepares and serves meals to the preschool and specialized housing, and is also open to those in the safety housing as well as municipal employees. In the specialized housing, residents live in groups of 10 people, and each unit/department has common spaces including a living room, balcony, and dining areas that provide comfort, a sense of home, and social interaction. QUALIFICATIONS You are a trained nursing assistant. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to support and help other people. You have good interpersonal skills with everyone you meet and a positive attitude in your work. You are driven and have the ability to work toward set goals. You are prepared for the organization's needs to change and can meet changes with a good attitude. You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness, including in stressful situations where you maintain your composure. You work well with other people, interact with them in a responsive and flexible manner. You are calm and responsible. You see opportunities rather than obstacles and contribute to a healthy work environment. You also need to be flexible as we work on all floors throughout the building. You need to have a salutogenic approach and holistic thinking. We work based on delegated tasks and you need to be prepared to accept delegations required in healthcare and care services. Our assignment involves being able to handle data and telephone as part of your work materials. You need to be open to learning the systems we use in the assignment, as documentation and digital signing are included. You need to have a good command of the Swedish language, both in writing and speaking. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities so that you as a person fit in with and contribute to the group and environment in which you will work.
