You build on the resident's resources and provide support that meets physical, mental, and social needs. The work is carried out in close collaboration with other professionals and in accordance with applicable legislation, governing documents, and procedures. Your responsibilities • Perform care interventions and provide individually adapted support. • Perform service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal assistance. • Work in collaboration with other professionals for safe and good care. • Perform work tasks according to delegation from licensed personnel. • Document and report according to applicable procedures. • Work from a salutogenic approach. • Guide and support colleagues in daily work. • Contribute to the development and improvement of care and operations. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements Educated nursing assistant with professional certificate. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Meritorious Work experience and knowledge within care and nursing. Experience from Procapita/Lifecare and APPVA. Working hours are scheduled during day and evening hours on weekdays and weekends.
