We are now recruiting two new stars to our wonderful team at Ekoxen/Ekbacken! Ekoxen/Ekbacken is a group home for people with dementia and has 16 places. The home is located in Svalliden in a calm and pleasant environment. As a nursing assistant with us, you work close to the residents and are an important part of their daily life. You help with care, health services and assistance based on granted services according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You report directly to the unit manager and work closely with your colleagues to create security, joy and a meaningful everyday life for the residents. We are looking for you who sees the person behind the illness and who meets each individual with respect and care. You are attentive, flexible and enjoy collaborating with others. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or who have similar education that the employer deems equivalent and who preferably have experience from similar activities. As a person you are open, confident and have a professional demeanor. You have analytical skills and are positive. Documentation is an important part of our work so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing and have good computer skills. Employment form: Permanent employment.
