Your assignment As a nursing assistant in home care, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in people's daily lives. Through nursing care, personal care, and service interventions, you support users in their homes so they can live a safe, independent, and fulfilling life. You will also perform delegated health and medical care tasks from nurses and rehabilitation staff, which means you need to accept the delegations that the work requires. We work in a rehabilitative manner and always start from the individual's own abilities and resources. The goal is to strengthen the individual's independence and contribute to improved quality of life. Documentation is done in LifeCare. You will be employed on a 37h/week basis with shifts every other weekend. Currently, we are looking for staff for evening shifts, but this may change based on operational needs. Väster, Norr, and Öster work in central Eslöv and Ytter works in the municipality's outlying areas. All units' offices are within walking distance of the train station with good train connections to Malmö and Lund.
