Attendo S:t Jörgen is a residential care facility located 10 minutes from central Göteborg, beautifully situated near lush green areas and S:t Jörgens park.
S:t Jörgen is divided into two properties: a residential care home and a group home for people with dementia, plus a short-term care unit. Together we have 84 apartments distributed across eight departments.
We are looking for someone who is driven by working with people and making a real difference for our customers every day. You have the ability to strengthen and support customers in all aspects of their daily lives.
As a person, you are thorough and engaged with customers and their loved ones. You work well collaboratively, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere at our workplace.
Your work tasks include:
Personal care according to the facility's procedures, based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, assist with meal preparation, cooking and serving, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work according to agreed services
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.
We have new customers needing care and are now expanding our pleasant team of staff with more nursing assistants. It is a merit if you have experience from care work in elderly care as well as delegation experience.

You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their loved ones.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant training of at least 1350 points.
Professional certificate from Socialstyrelsen or confirmation from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Merits:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with delegation.
Driver's license category B (depending on segment/position)
