We are growing fast and are now looking for several new colleagues for our home care service in Norrköping! Omsorgsgruppen's home care service is in an expansive phase with more and more customers and a larger service area. We therefore need to strengthen our team with several new employees starting as soon as possible. We work in three LOV areas in the City, which are areas 1, 2, and 3. We are looking primarily for trained nursing assistants, but also for you who have experience in care and support and want to work as a home care aide. There are good opportunities for high employment levels and we have several full-time positions. About the job As an employee in our home care service, you help our customers achieve a secure and functional daily life in their own home. You work from our office on Svärmaregatan and travel to our customers by bicycle or car, depending on the area and scheduling. Work tasks vary based on the customer's needs and may include: Personal care Medication handling after delegation Showers and hygiene Meals and simple cooking Cleaning and other service tasks Walks and social support We work days and evenings between 07.00–22.00, both weekdays and weekends. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to work independently, take responsibility, and at the same time be a good colleague. We are primarily looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, but you are also welcome to apply as a home care aide. Experience from home care or other care and support work is an advantage. Since we use both bicycles and cars in our operations, you need to be able to cycle. A B driver's license is an advantage.
