About the Workplace
Ersta diakoni operates ten elderly care homes in Stockholm and Uppsala. We believe that residents should be able to continue living their lives according to their habits, needs, and wishes. We work with a person-centered approach and aim to create a safe and meaningful daily life with community, activities, and meals as an important part.
For us, care is part of our competence. It means providing safe and professional care, but also being attentive to the person you meet and what matters to them personally.
Johanneslund care and residential home is located in Västerhaninge and has 96 apartments for people with somatic needs and cognitive illnesses. About 100 employees work together here to create safety, continuity, and a meaningful daily life based on each person's needs, habits, and wishes. The home is surrounded by green courtyards and garden areas with large balconies and outdoor spaces that offer excellent opportunities for outdoor activities.
As an employee with us, we offer a range of benefits that we hope will give you the conditions to enjoy your work and have a rewarding leisure time.
