Ljungagården is a residential facility with a psychiatric focus where the target group is men/women aged 18 and above.
About the Position
We are now recruiting nursing assistants for permanent positions with a probationary period. In care work, you will support people who need assistance with their daily living. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues.
In this role, you will:
• Provide individual support, care, and services
• Plan and implement activities with clients
• Carry out delegated health and medical care tasks
Terms of Employment
Working hours vary, including days, evenings, and weekends.
We apply individual salary setting with other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date is by agreement.

• Education as a nursing assistant with experience in psychiatric care
• Knowledge of low-affective interaction and clarifying pedagogy
• Good Swedish language skills in speech and writing, as documentation is a major part of the work
• Class B driver's license
