Your Role
We are now seeking nursing assistants for the night shift who want to help our customers stay in their homes with security, continuity and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality and a professional approach.
The role includes performing care and service activities in the customer's home and taking responsibility.
Social documentation is a central part of the work and we have high demands on accuracy, structure and compliance with applicable regulations.
We are also seeking employees for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates all days of the year.
As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to stay in their homes with security, dignity and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism and presence.
We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. We operate 365 days a year.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone who is a nursing assistant and has a professional approach to the profession and to meeting the customer. For the position we require:
• Protected professional title as nursing assistant issued by Socialstyrelsen
• Manual B driver's license and driving experience
• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful and empathetic manner
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility and see the whole picture in the assignment
• Stability and stress resilience, with the ability to handle varying workdays
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of cooking and household management
Experience from home care or similar operations is meritious but not a requirement.
