You will daily document and handle any deviations. Together with colleagues, including team leaders, you will distribute work tasks and communicate with HSL personnel such as nurses and rehabilitation staff. Examples of Work Tasks: Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans Receive medication delegation from the nurse Carry out engaging activities Handle documents and deviations Who Are You? We're looking for you who are a team player – someone who is responsible and who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the bigger picture and you're not afraid to take initiative. You're experienced with documentation and work with quality as your guiding principle. Experience with person-centered work is a merit, and we believe it's important that you're a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook. We're Looking for Someone Who: Is a trained nursing assistant Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing It's a Merit If You Have: Experience working in elderly care or home care services Experience working with people with dementia Experience in privately operated activities A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID document and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
