JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are looking for a dedicated nursing assistant/care aide who wants to create security and quality of life for our residents. About the role As a nursing assistant/care aide, you work with nursing care and support in daily living based on each resident's individual needs. You build on the resident's resources and provide support that meets physical, psychological, and social needs. The work is carried out in close cooperation with other professionals and in accordance with applicable legislation, policy documents, and routines. Your responsibilities • Perform nursing care services and provide individually adapted support. • Perform service tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal assistance. • Work in cooperation with other professionals for safe and good care. • Perform work tasks according to delegation from licensed personnel. • Document and report according to applicable routines. • Work from a salutogenic perspective. • Guide and support colleagues in daily work. • Contribute to the development and improvement of nursing care and operations. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements Trained nursing assistant with vocational certificate or trained care aide; grades must be able to be presented. Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Good computer skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
