Your main responsibilities include providing support in customers' daily lives through personal care, hygiene, cleaning, shopping, laundry, meal preparation, walks, and medication management. As an employee with us, you perform care work and support our customers in their daily lives. We value our customers' needs and wishes and ensure that planning and implementation are based on this. The work also includes social documentation and collaboration with colleagues, healthcare staff, social workers, and family members. To become part of our team, we are seeking employees who possess the following competencies: · Swedish in speech and writing. · Arabic and Syriac in speech. · Experience working in home care or elderly care. · Experience with social documentation. · Good computer skills. · Class B driver's license. We would like you to be communicative and responsive to both customers and colleagues, and have the ability to adapt to different situations and circumstances in customers' homes.
