Your New Job Work in home care involves providing care and support services as well as service tasks in the client's home based on an implementation plan. As a trained nursing assistant, you will also become a fixed care contact person. In your role, social documentation and communication with citizens, colleagues, and relatives are central to the work. We always work based on the client's needs and wishes with dignified and professional conduct characterized by respect, trust, and care, which are the foundation of our operations. Your Competence First and foremost, we are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. Longer work experience from elderly care may replace the education requirement. For the position, it is an asset if you have previously worked in elderly care and specifically in home care. You must master Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension because a central part of the work is that you can communicate with citizens and relatives, as well as write documentation and read information related to the work. The work requires physical mobility as situations arise that cannot be anticipated and must be resolved in a manner suited to the situation. Good cycling skills and a category B driving license are desirable and required in certain teams. You have a genuine interest in working with people and work in a service-oriented manner toward our clients. You remain calm in stressful situations and see opportunities in changes. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate with your colleagues and discuss and work through solutions in a constructive way. The work requires that you are flexible and organized in your work. It is important that you take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with care. As a person, we also believe that you are stable, confident, and proactive. With a focus on providing quality care and support to our clients in their homes. Good to Know We work with coordinated recruitment, which means we will match your application against needs in the area. If you are called for an interview, we want you to bring your diploma and employment certificates from previous workplaces. This is so the process does not take longer than necessary. The recruitment concerns permanent positions on a full-time basis and hourly temporary work. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, weekdays and every other weekend with a varying schedule.
