We are now seeking a nursing assistant/care assistant on a full-time basis for our modern clinic in Malmö. Many of our patients speak Persian or Dari and have limited knowledge of Swedish. To ensure safe, secure, and clear communication with these patients, it is a requirement that you speak fluent Persian or Dari. About the Position As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you will work closely with our surgeons and nurses to provide our patients with the best possible care before and after treatments and operations. Your responsibilities will include: Assistance during treatments and operations Patient care and preparations, with special focus on Persian- and Dari-speaking patients Handling of medical materials and sterilization Administrative tasks and documentation We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in healthcare or care services Is service-oriented and has a professional demeanor Is organized and thrives in a dynamic work environment Speaks and writes fluent English as well as Persian and/or Dari The position begins with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of extension. For the right candidate, there is also the possibility of a permanent employment contract.
