As a nursing assistant in home care, you work with care and service interventions in the customer's home based on the implementation plan. This can range from accompaniment and personal hygiene to everyday chores and walks. We work according to Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and continuously use digital solutions and systems. The work includes good dialogue with customers and relatives, close collaboration with colleagues, and health and nursing tasks delegated from nurses. QUALIFICATIONS Swedish language and good computer skills Documentation is an important part of our work and you therefore need to master the Swedish language well, both spoken and written. Class B driving license Certificate of completed and approved nursing assistant training for a gymnasium program or other approved training. Alternatively, care assistant. Documented experience It is an asset if you have work experience in care and nursing, low-affective interaction and/or clarifying pedagogy, and experience with documentation in the Life Care system.
