We're looking for someone who is thoughtful, responsible, and wants to work in home care as a substitute during regular staff illness or vacation, as well as during temporary busy periods. At HemTrevnad, we work person-centered with a flexible and family-oriented approach. We offer: HemTrevnad employees have influence over the day's planning and can largely determine their work schedule. We work daytime and/or evening hours (not night shifts). We don't use minute-by-minute scheduling for daily schedules. In your work, you'll have support from your manager and coordinator on site. You'll receive several introduction days with both practical sessions and theoretical training. HemTrevnad values a good work environment where everyone can thrive and feel community. HemTrevnad has a collective agreement. Job Duties Your workday is planned based on approved services and the individual's implementation plan. Approved services can range from lighter activities such as taking a walk to caring for people with various care needs such as hygiene, meal preparation, and personal care. Most importantly, the individual feels trust in you and receives the help and support they need at the right time, delivered with high quality. As an assistant, you work with various care tasks and have the opportunity to also work with service tasks. If you have training as a care assistant, you have the opportunity to receive delegation and administer medication. Qualifications You have a B driver's license and can cycle. You understand Swedish and can handle the Swedish language well in speech and writing. You must be able to work daytime and/or evening hours as well as weekends. As a person, you are confident in yourself and have the ability to perform your work with thoroughness, attentiveness, and helpfulness. You are an important puzzle piece in our operations and great importance will be placed on personal suitability. You need the ability to handle questions that arise in everyday life with tact, sensitivity, and good judgment. You have the ability to build good relationships with clients and their families as well as with other professional groups you collaborate with. Nursing Assistant - you must provide professional certification from Socialstyrelsen. Care Assistant - you have 800 upper secondary school points in care and social services subjects. Assistant - you have other education or experience with similar work that the employer considers suitable for the position. An extract from the criminal record and suspicion register is required to be eligible for a position at HemTrevnad.
