JOB DUTIES Home Care Services in Årjängs kommun is seeking three nursing assistants for resource work. Through a scheduler, you will be assigned to different work areas in the municipality, with two positions based in Årjäng and one position based in Töcksfors. You will need to be flexible and comfortable working at different work locations. Which work team you will work with depends on the needs of the operations and can vary from day to day. We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role and has a professional approach. The role typically involves working independently, but it is also very important to have good ability to collaborate and support each other. Within home care, work tasks vary based on care decisions, but typically involve providing care and services in individual homes. Work tasks also include performing delegated healthcare measures on assignment from home healthcare and rehabilitation services. QUALIFICATIONS • Nursing assistant with knowledge and experience of being fully delegated for healthcare measures that occur within home care services. • Valid driver's license (Class B) is a requirement. • It is advantageous if you have experience working within home care services. • Good collaboration skills and professional demeanor are of utmost importance. • Personal suitability will also be taken into consideration. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent position. Duration: Start date: 2026-11-01 Start date by agreement. Working hours: Shift work.
