Care Personnel / Nursing Assistant for Home Care in Solna and Sundbyberg Vesta Care is a private and selectable provider of home care services in Solna and Sundbyberg municipalities since 2015. We currently have over 70 employees and have been active as a selectable provider in both municipalities for more than 10 years. Our customers' trust in our work has contributed to the growth of our operations in recent years. Therefore, we are now seeking several committed and responsible nursing assistants and care personnel with relevant experience for our facilities in Solna and Sundbyberg. About the Position The work involves providing support, services, and care to our customers in their own homes in Solna and Sundbyberg. Work tasks may include personal care, meal assistance, basic household chores, and social support. You will work according to the customer's care plan and in close collaboration with colleagues and management. The work requires that you can work independently, take responsibility, and simultaneously contribute to good teamwork within the work group. We Are Looking for You If you are a trained nursing assistant or have relevant experience working in care and health services. You are responsible, attentive, and service-oriented with a professional and respectful approach to customers, family members, and colleagues. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement as the work involves ongoing communication and documentation. Employment Type If you are a trained nursing assistant, employment can be offered in the form of a temporary contract or probationary employment depending on the needs of the facility and your qualifications. If you lack formal nursing assistant training but have relevant experience and competence in care and health services, we offer part-time/on-call employment.
