3 position(s). We are now seeking 3 dedicated nursing assistants who want to be part of our team and contribute to providing our clients with the best possible care and support. Your Responsibilities Zethelius short-term care unit is located in Bäckby and offers 46 short-term care spots distributed across three units. Our clients stay with us following a hospital stay or due to temporary needs for 24-hour care and support. The goal is to provide support and preparation so clients can return home or move to other accommodations. You will work closely with our clients and provide support in their daily living. You will perform routine care tasks to ensure clients have a functional and meaningful day. You will work from a person-centered approach so that each individual client receives the best possible care. Your Qualifications You are a trained nursing assistant with strong skills in expressing yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Experience working in elderly care and with the Alfta-eCare management system is a plus. You have the ability to build new relationships. You find it easy to adapt based on different clients' needs and maintain a positive outlook with the ability to see the bigger picture. You enjoy being flexible and working independently, where you can make your own decisions in your work and thrive with change. At the same time, you should work well collaboratively in a team.
