DUTIES As a nursing assistant with us, you work on a dynamic care ward where you're responsible for patients' personal hygiene, mobilization, and nutrition. Your tasks include medical monitoring, wound care, specimen collection, stoma care, and patient observation. Our team includes service staff, receptionists, a stoma care nursing assistant, a dietitian, a coordinating nursing assistant, staffing assistant, administrator with management support duties, and a unit coordinator. We work in newly renovated, fresh facilities with modern technology. All our patients live in single rooms with their own toilets and showers. As a nursing assistant, you participate in care rounds where the patient is our focus. This is exciting work that provides the best conditions for our patients. QUALIFICATIONS We're looking for someone trained as a nursing assistant who meets the National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title, regardless of whether you studied under the previous or current program structure. You also have knowledge and/or experience in emergency care/healthcare. Excellent Swedish language skills in both speech and writing are required. Experience with similar work is considered a merit. As a person, you're collaboration-oriented and have good interpersonal skills with both colleagues and patients. You're responsible, organized, and able to prioritize work based on what's most urgent at any given moment. You enjoy working in a group and can maintain a high pace.
