About Villa Kristineberg The residence opened in March 2026 and consists of four floors with 60 apartments distributed across three floors. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant common areas for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and school holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents. You have a group manager who spends most of their time working close to you in the operations. Becoming a group manager can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and regularly have visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and understand what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people. You work closest to the residents and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your experience and knowledge We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also merits.
