Support in Regular Housing is the municipality's provider of home care services. Our core mission is to deliver support and care services to elderly persons living in the municipality. We strive to offer our clients personal service and high-quality care around the clock, year-round. Security, dignity, and continuity are important cornerstones of our work. Our home care service is divided into the areas of Jakobsberg, Viksjö, Kallhäll, and Barkarby.
We are now seeking two dedicated staff members for one of our units in Viksjö. These positions are at 80 percent and working hours are scheduled for daytime and weekends.

JOB DUTIES
Daily work tasks involve providing support and care services to our clients, according to their needs and interests.
The work consists of helping clients in their everyday life with everything from personal hygiene to actively promoting a meaningful and stimulating life. This means we need to work on a schedule to be able to help as many people as possible. Other duties also include shopping, laundry, cleaning, and accompaniment.
As a staff member who visits clients and their relatives, you often have the best understanding of how you need to organize your day. This knowledge and experience you can then bring to the office, discuss with team leaders and colleagues to find the best way to create a good work environment and life for clients.
We work in the client's home, and it is important to be attentive, flexible, and adapt to the individual. Smoking and pets may occur. You travel between workplaces by cycling or walking. You also have a pre-shift meeting and always end the day by ensuring documentation to facilitate the next shift. We also have ongoing training, development meetings, and opportunities for reflection and exchanges with other units.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who radiates calmness and can adapt to unexpected situations. You have great empathetic abilities, social competence, and good collaboration skills. You treat clients, relatives, and colleagues with respect and can demonstrate professional conduct in all situations. Of course, it is good if you also know and work according to the national values framework for elderly care.
We want you to:
• be a trained nursing assistant with a protected title issued by Socialstyrelsen.
• have experience in elderly care.
• speak and write Swedish fluently.
• have good computer skills
• be able to cycle on both regular bicycles and e-bikes.
We consider it a merit if you:
• have previously worked in home care
• have knowledge of documentation within SoL
• have worked in Phonirocare or another time measurement system previously
