The position is primarily based at Tubberödshus elderly care facility, which together with home care is located on Tubbegatan in Skärhamn. We work according to a relationship model inspired by the Danish Lottehemmet. There you work independently in care recipients' homes and contribute to creating security, continuity, and good care based on individual needs. WORK TASKS As a nursing assistant, you work to support care recipients in their daily life based on individual needs. You are offered varied, independent, and meaningful work where most of the work is performed at Tubberödshus elderly care facility. When needed, you also work within home care. The combination of the operations gives you the opportunity to follow care recipients through different stages and contribute to cohesive care. In our teams, we work closely together and share responsibility, which gives you the opportunity to contribute, develop, and take on internal areas of responsibility beyond your role as a nursing assistant. Your work tasks include among others: • Providing nursing care and service according to care plans. • Supporting and activating care recipients in daily life. • Working with everyday rehabilitation and personal care. • Social documentation and preparation of care plans. • Collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and managers. • Working both independently and in teams. • Contributing to the organization's quality and improvement work. QUALIFICATIONS Requirements • You are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education/experience deemed equivalent. • You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. • You have basic digital competence. • You take responsibility and have the ability to work independently. • You treat others with respect, warmth, and attentiveness. • You have Bank-ID. • You have a B driver's license. Merits • Experience working in elderly care or home care. • Knowledge of IBIC, BPSD, or low-affective approaches. • Experience with documentation, quality work, and deviation management. • Experience with operational planning. • Experience with planning work and administrative tasks. • Competence in dementia or psychiatry Employment type: Permanent employment.
