Dalsvägen 23, Gunnebo In spring 2020, a brand new residential facility opened in Gunnebo at Dalsvägen 23. The facility consists of 30 apartments with generous common areas both indoors and outdoors. In addition to the latest in alarm systems and technology, the facility has its own kitchen for meal preparation. Dalsvägen 23 is also equipped with pleasant staff facilities and spaces for activities and conferences. The facility is divided into two units to enable work in smaller teams and increase continuity for our residents. We are now seeking a colleague for our special residential facility at Dalsvägen 23 in Gunnebo. Would you like to help shape our workplace and residential environment together with us? Your Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include providing care, assistance, and support to residents based on their individual needs and creating a meaningful daily life for them. You will also develop implementation plans for residents for whom you serve as primary contact. We work from a salutogenic approach, which means we recognize the strengths in each individual. You will primarily work at Dalsvägen 23 in Gunnebo, but if needed, you may also work at other units within the southern area, as we maintain close collaboration with home care services and other residential facilities. We offer flexible employment levels as regulated by agreement and rotating schedules for day, evening, and night shifts. Your Qualifications We want you to have a degree from a healthcare and social care program or equivalent education. It is important that you have strong empathetic abilities and can listen to and understand residents' various needs, with a genuine desire to meet them in the best possible way. The position requires you to be responsible, proactive, and flexible in your approach. You need to be attentive and have good collaboration skills with residents, family members, and colleagues. We place great value on dedication to your work and a commitment to the success of our operations. You have basic IT skills and can work with the systems we use for documentation and other tasks. We consider it an advantage if you hold a B-class driver's license and place great importance on your personal qualities.
