Nursing Assistant We are seeking a nursing assistant for private care. Vårdlänken is looking for a dedicated and experienced nursing assistant who wants to make a difference in someone else's daily life. We are looking for someone who is confident, empathetic and responsible, and who enjoys working closely with a person in need of support, care and social presence. Provide security and deliver care. The position mainly involves work on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays mornings, approximately 4 hours/day. You are a trained nursing assistant. You have at least 3 years of experience as a nursing assistant. You have experience with similar work tasks. You are independent, responsible and take own initiatives easily. You are empathetic, patient and confident in providing personal care. You have good communication skills and are flexible in your approach to work. You have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You are in good physical condition. You are punctual, dedicated and reliable. You are motivated by contributing to another person's well-being, security and social life. A driver's license is required Merits: Silviasyster specialist training Work Tasks Assist with morning routines such as showering and getting dressed. Some meal preparation and light household chores. Accompany on activities and doctor's appointments. Prevent isolation and promote well-being through social support and conversation.
