Welcome to apply to Care Services for Persons with Disabilities (OF) staffing. We are now looking for a dedicated and experienced nursing assistant for our staffing team. As an employee, you will work within all OF operations, which include personal assistance, residential care, and daily activity services. With us, you will meet people with different functional variations and varying needs for support, services, and care. The work can range from everyday support to more advanced healthcare and nursing services. Job duties vary depending on the activity and the individual's needs and may include: · Personal care and daily living support · Healthcare and nursing tasks based on delegation · Working with people who have extensive or more advanced healthcare and care needs · Meeting people with challenging or disruptive behavior through a safe and professional approach · Working according to the individual's personal needs and implementation plan · Documentation and reporting · Collaboration with colleagues and other professionals · Quickly adapting to new working methods and routines when working in different activities QUALIFICATIONS It is a requirement that you as an applicant: • Are a trained nursing assistant. • Have experience with more advanced healthcare and nursing. • Have experience with and knowledge of addressing disruptive behavior and challenging situations. • Are secure, stable, and professional in your approach. • Have a calm and respectful demeanor. • Are flexible and able to adapt to different activities and work teams. • Can work independently while being a team player. • Take responsibility and can prioritize when situations require it. • Have good communication skills and understand the importance of clear reporting and documentation. It is meritorious if you have experience with LSS, delegated healthcare services, and calm handling techniques.
