Description As a nursing assistant, you will: Plan and perform care work with consideration and quality. Actively participate in quality and development work within the operation. You will perform health and medical care services by delegation. In addition, you will be a reliable contact person for our residents and their families, providing support and encouragement in all aspects of daily life - from the small to the large - always with the resident's wishes and needs at the center. Your work includes documentation in the Life Care journal system. Work tasks Care and personal hygiene. Assistance with meals and transfers. Delegated health and medical care services. Observation and reporting of health status. Documentation in journal system. Social support and activation. Practical tasks related to care work. Collaboration with nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and family members. Contact person for our residents. Qualifications You are trained as a nursing assistant or have other healthcare training that would be advantageous. We value highly that you are attentive, flexible and have good initiative. Documentation and written communication are important parts of the work. Therefore, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and feel comfortable working in digital systems. Together with your colleagues, you create a daily life with warmth, security and quality of life for our residents. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. Duration / Working hours Permanent employment. Probation may be applied. Working hours are scheduled for day, evening and weekend shifts.
