The office for Center 1 is located on Jönköpingsgatan and we provide care and assistance in the home to customers living in Husensjö, Rosengården and Adolfsberg. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable individuals to live as independently as possible. You provide personalized support based on individual needs and circumstances in customers' homes and move by bike (or on foot if close by) between different customers. You carry out interventions delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist or occupational therapist; such as training activities, medication distribution and wound care. You also work with contact person duties and feel confident in documentation. Your work requires high standards of service as you have daily contact with customers, relatives, visitors, staff and other service functions, both within and outside the city. Within home care in Helsingborg city, you work on a schedule where working hours are allocated either during day or evening shifts. This particular position is assigned to the evening shift (14:45-23:15). Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with a genuine interest in working with people and meeting each individual based on their needs and wishes. To move forward in the recruitment process, you also need to have basic computer skills and documentation experience be able to ride a bike (also an e-bike) have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is advantageous if you are familiar with Phoniro and the documentation system LifeCare, and if you have a B driving license.
